During a recent video editing training at work, my fellow reporter-friend/colleague Tracy Jan and I were partnered to interview one another and then edit our footage. When we weren't giggling, Tracy asked me about my recent book readings and my fourth novel. (I referred to her Flip camera as the Tracy Cam.) Anyway, below is the video she shot and edited. (If I look a little tired and disheveled, it's because I was out the night before for Boston's Latin gay night and well, I shook my bon-bon a little too much to Shakira and Beyonce. But a Diet Coke and a chocolate-peanut butter protein bar saved the morning.)
Here is my article that I refer to the video and which is serving as my guiding inspiration for my fourth novel.
And speaking of book readings, here's my next appearance:
Oct. 24: 3:30 p.m. Boston Books Festival at Copley Square in Back Bay, Boston. I'll be sitting in The Boston Globe booth to sign books or answer questions.
